Role Description The 3D Visualizer and Video Designer will work full time on-site at NCG Group’s Faridabad location, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and production teams. This role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations for fashion, textiles, and digital campaigns, including product mockups, space layouts, and concept renders. The designer will produce and edit video content such as promotional clips, motion graphics, social media videos, and process walkthroughs aligned with brand guidelines.

Daily tasks include interpreting creative briefs, developing mood boards and storyboards, refining concepts based on feedback, and preparing files optimized for web, social media, and presentations.



The role also includes maintaining an organized asset library, meeting project timelines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual communication and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong 3D visualization skills, including proficiency with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D).
- Candidates should possess video production skills, including video editing, motion graphics, compositing, and sound integration using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Candidates should possess core design skills, including visual storytelling, graphic design fundamentals, layout, color theory, and typography tailored to fashion, textile, or digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess digital workflow skills, including asset management, file optimization for web and social media, and basic knowledge of formats, codecs, and export settings.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to interpret briefs, present concepts, incorporate feedback constructively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in fashion, textiles, or creative agencies, and familiarity with digital marketing content requirements, is highly beneficial.
- A formal qualification in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio showcasing 3D and video work, is preferred.
