QUALIFICATION

- Engineering qualification.
- Civil Engineering candidates are preferred.

SALARYegory

₹ 18,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create accurate 3D wood framing models and 2D drawings using Revit / BIM.
- Develop models based on architectural and structural drawings.
- Learn and follow project standards, guidelines, and modeling procedures.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Complete assigned modeling and drafting tasks within project timelines.
- Coordinate with the team and incorporate required design / modeling changes.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Revit, BIM, and wood framing practices.

PREFERRED SKILLS





- Basic knowledge of Revit / BIM is an advantage.
- Understanding of architectural or structural drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
