Interior Designer :

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

*We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to conceptualise, design, and render high-quality commercial, Hotel, Hospital interior spaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with architects, lead designers, and clients to interpret design briefs, prepare detailed spatial layouts, and generate photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs.

Responsibilities:

- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop accurate, high-quality 3D models and photorealistic

perspective renderings of interior spaces using industry-standard software.
- Conceptualization & Space Planning: Collaborate on design ideation, draft layout floor plans, create mood boards, and propose creative furniture configurations.
- Material & Lighting Application: Select, source, and digitally apply exact textures, custom finishes, lighting setups, and color palettes to achieve exceptional realism
- Technical Documentation: Produce structured 2D working drawings, execution details, elevations.
- Prepare and review shop drawings for commercial ,



Hotel and Hospital interior projects
- Key skills include creativity, technical knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills and proficiency in design software.
- Work with clients to understand their vision, requirements, budget etc
- Assist and collaborate with Junior designers
- Technical documentation such as plans, 3D modules using design software to visualize the final design
- Coordinate with designers, ensure design compliance, resolve site issues, manage material specifications, and support execution to deliver projects on time and as per design intent.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates should have experience of working on commercial, Hotel, Hospital interior projects.
- Preparing shop drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections, and details in the interior segments
- Lead design development and Project Execution
- Oversee Interior design concepts and space planning
