We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Stage 3D Designer to bring event concepts to life. You will turn client briefs, mood boards, and 2D sketches into immersive, buildable, and visually striking 3D stage designs, exhibition stalls, and experiential environments.

Key Responsibilities Concept & Visualization: Translate client requirements and branding guidelines into innovative stage and set designs for corporate shows, fashion shows, concerts, and brand activations. 3D Modeling & Rendering: Build accurate 3D models of structures including stages, truss systems, LED walls, backdrops, entry arches, kiosks, and exhibition booths.

Realistic Outputs: Produce high-quality 3D renders, lighting layouts, and presentation-ready walkthroughs for client pitches.

Technical Documentation: Create basic layout plans, elevations, and dimensional fabrication drawings to help production and on-ground teams execute the design safely and accurately. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with client servicing, production, lighting technicians,



and external vendors to ensure design feasibility within budget and timelines. In office Support: Conduct venue recce (reconnaissance) and provide on-ground supervision during setup when required.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Software Proficiency: 3D Modeling: 3ds Max , SketchUp , or Blender Rendering: V-Ray , Lumion , or Corona Renderer 2D & Technical: AutoCAD , Adobe Photoshop , and Illustrator Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of event materials, fabrication techniques, lighting, AV setups (LED walls, trussing), and spatial scale.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Applied/Fine Arts, or 3D Animation.

Experience: Proven professional experience designing event stages, exhibition stalls, or experiential spaces with a strong portfolio showcasing realistic rendering capabilities.

Soft Skills

Excellent creative thinking and rapid problem-solving abilities under tight event deadlines. Clear communication skills to present designs to internal teams and clients
