Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to conceptualize and visualize luxury weddings and events. The ideal candidate should have expertise in 2D designing, 3D visualization, mood board creation, theme conceptualization, and event space planning. The role involves transforming client requirements into visually stunning and execution-friendly designs that enhance the overall event experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative design concepts for weddings and events.
- Develop detailed 2D layouts, technical drawings, and production-ready designs.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations.
- Create mood boards, inspiration boards, color palettes, material references, floral concepts, and theme presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conceptualize and design event spaces including stages, mandaps, entrances, lounges, dining areas, bars, walkways, photo zones, welcome areas, and guest experience zones.
- Conduct venue recce and create venue-specific design solutions.
- Coordinate with décor, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless implementation of approved concepts.




- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding, décor, floral, and luxury event design trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Wedding Design, Event Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in 2D Designing, 3D Visualization, and Mood Board Creation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Experience in theme conceptualization, mood boarding, floral styling references, and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of space planning, materials, textures, lighting, and event aesthetics.
- Excellent creativity, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the wedding and event industry.
- Knowledge of fabrication and production drawings.
- Understanding of luxury wedding trends and event styling.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors, production teams, and on-site execution teams.
