2D & 3D Event Designer / Visualizer

We are looking for a creative and experienced 2D & 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our team for Government, Corporate and Large-Scale Event Projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand an event brief, develop a strong creative concept, and transform it into impactful 2D graphics and realistic 3D event visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

2D Design & Event Branding

- Develop event themes, key visuals and creative concepts.
- Design stage backdrops, LED screen layouts and event branding.
- Create entrance branding, welcome gates, standees, signage and venue graphics.
- Design exhibition panels, kiosks and experience-zone graphics.
- Develop presentation layouts, infographics and event communication material.
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork in required dimensions.
- Maintain consistency across the complete event visual identity.

3D Event Visualization
- Create creative 3D concepts and realistic event renders.
- Design stages, exhibition stalls, pavilions, booths and experience zones.
- Visualize entrance structures, registration areas, VIP areas and photo-op installations.
- Develop conference, summit and award-show stage concepts.
- Create realistic venue views showing branding, LED screens, lighting, furniture and décor.
- Prepare different camera angles and presentation-quality renders for client approvals.
- Understand practical fabrication, materials, dimensions and production feasibility.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure the approved concept can be executed on site.

Required Skills For 2D Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign CorelDRAW PowerPoint Typography Layout Event Branding Image Manipulation Infographics For 3D:





3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp V-Ray / Corona / Lumion or equivalent rendering software Photoshop for post-production

Knowledge of AutoCAD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AI visualization tools and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We need a designer who is strong in visualization, not just software operation.

The candidate should be able to take a basic event brief and think:

What should the stage look like?

What is the visual story?

How should guests experience the space?

How can the concept be made unique and memorable?

You should have

- Solid creative and conceptual thinking
- Good understanding of event spaces and scale
- Strong sense of colour, composition, typography and lighting
- Ability to work on premium and government-level presentations
- Understanding of materials, fabrication and event production
- Ability to work under tight event deadlines
- Ability to handle revisions quickly without compromising design quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience 3–6+ years preferred

Candidates with experience in Event Agencies, Experiential Marketing, Government Events, Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Conferences, Summits, Award Shows and Large-Scale Productions will be preferred.
