Job Description:

Responsible for sourcing saleable inventory from assigned dealerships and branches.
Coordinate with Automall Managers & Logistics for smooth vehicle movement and event execution.
Implement and train dealership teams on SAMIL’s digital tools.
Ensure accurate vehicle valuation, documentation, and media capture for online/physical bidding.
Maintain daily dealership visits and build robust relationships with dealership teams and clients.
Work closely with Demand Team/Automall Managers to ensure high conversion of sourced stock.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets as per Automall-wise performance metrics.

Key Skills:

Sales & Sourcing: Cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure
Relationship Management: Strong client handling and CRM skills
Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Pre-Owned Vehicle market
Tools Proficiency: Experience with digital platforms for vehicle listing and evaluation
Candidate Profile:

Existing network in the Pre-Owned Vehicle industry
Goal-oriented, competitive, and ethical in business approach
