Job DescriptionJob Title: Service Engineer NMumbai |3-5 Years | Field+ In-house Service NAbout the RolenWeare seeking a skilled Service Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing minimally invasive surgical equipment. The role is based in Mumbai and requires hands-on technical expertise, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to support advanced medical devices used in arthroscopy, spine, and related surgical procedures. NKEY RESPONSIBILITIESn N 01 INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE NnInstall endoscopy and surgical equipment at customer sites as per manufacturer standards. NPerform Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS), Annual/Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC), and routine performance checks. NConduct breakdown serviceand ensure minimal downtime for hospital equipment. Nn 02 TECHNICAL SERVICE & REPAIRS NnExecute in-house service including board-level and chip-level troubleshooting for Arthrex and Riwo Spine related devices. NIdentify, repair, and replace faulty or worn-out components while ensuring equipment safety and reliability. NFollow regulatory and manufacturer guidelines for all service activities. Nn 03 DOCUMENTATION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT NnMaintain accurate records of all service activities, equipment status, and service history.



NMonitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables for timely and effective repair operations. Nn 04 CUSTOMER TRAINING & SUPPORT NnProvide transparent and effective technical communication to non-technical hospital staff and end users. NTrain clinicians, nurses,and technicians on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. NOffer after-sales technical support to hospitals, business partners, and biomedical teams. Nn 05 COLLABORATION & FIELD SUPPORT NnWork collaboratively with biomedical engineers, business partners, and manufacturer representatives. NTravel as required for breakdown service, PMS, AMC/CMC, cadaver programs, and live surgery support. NBe available for after-hours service when scheduled or during emergencies. NQualificationsnn Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field. N 3 to 5 years of experience in servicing endoscopy or medical equipment (mandatory). N Hands-on experience with endoscopy systems, imaging devices, surgical towers, or similar medical technology. N Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills. N Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed. N
