Job Description N Conduct thorough Prepare & reviews of US Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations N Prepare and file tax forms1040, 1120, 1065, and other necessary corporate tax documents N Work closely with clients to address tax-related queries and provide skilled advice N Keep abreast of changesin tax laws and regulations to ensure proper adherence N Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities N Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, simple and moderate Corporate and international forms like Form 1120, 5471,5472, 926 and state returns.
