You will help customers find the right artwork, coordinate with artists and internal teams, and ensure every order is handled smoothly from enquiry to delivery. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Respond to customer enquiries. N Understand customer requirements and recommend/share suitable artworks, quotations and payment details. N Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to order completion. N Coordinate with artistsregarding artwork availability, pricing, etc. N Help new artists register on the platform and upload their artworks. N Maintain customer enquiries, artist records, and CRM/database information accurately. N Connect with new artists, architects, hotels, etc., to generate new leads. N Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.



N Support exhibitions andother gallery-related events whenever required. NnSkills Required Nn Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). N Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude. N Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. N Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office. N Well-organized with good attention to detail. N Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. NnEducational Qualification N
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. NExperiencenn Freshers are encouraged to apply.
