The candidate should be capable of building, selling, and delivering Zoho solutions. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead and manage the Zoho team, including consultants, developers, and implementation specialists. N Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation, customization, integration, and support projects. N Understand client business requirements and design suitable Zoho solutions. N Manage project scope, timelines, quality, resources, risks, and delivery. N Act as the key point ofcontact for clients and manage escalations effectively. N Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations. N Identify new business opportunities and generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities. N Support sales with solution design, proposals, SOWs, estimates, and commercial discussions. N Maintain and develop a strong Zoho sales pipeline. N Establish SOPs and ensure proper project documentation, UAT, Go-Live, handover, and support processes. N Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and drive training and knowledge sharing. N Continuously improve processes through automation and technology solutions.



NnPreferred Zoho Experience NHands-on experience with multiple Zoho products such as: Nn Zoho CRMn Zoho Creator N Zoho Booksn Zoho Desk N Zoho Analyticsn Zoho Projects N Zoho Peoplen Zoho Inventory N Zoho Flow / Zoho One NnAdded Advantage: Deluge scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. NRequired Skills & Experience Nn Bachelor's degreein IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. N 3–5 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in Zoho implementation, consulting, IT services, or business development. N Strong knowledge of theZoho ecosystem and business process automation. N Experience in team management and client-facing roles. N Strong skills in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, and project management. N Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. N Robust commercial and business development understanding. N Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and priorities.
