Job DescriptionBusiness Head – Founder's Office NVikas Medical Devicesn N Kolkatan Full-Time, On-Site NnWe are hiring for one of the most important roles at Vikas Medical Devices: Business Head - Founding Partner. This is a high-exposure, high-accountability position for someone who wants to learn how a business is actually run – and take ownership of running it. You will work directly alongside the Founding Partner, take over the responsibilities he manages day-to-day, and act as his proxy across the organisation. This is not a notes-and-calendar role; it is about operating at the highest level of the company, driving execution, and ensuring nothing of importance is allowed to drift. NRole OverviewnYouwill progressively take over the functions the Founding Partner handles personally and own them end-to-end – across finance, operations, supply chain, sales and administration. You will be close to the decisions, conversations and priorities that shape the direction of the company, and you will be expected to think and act like an owner. NDay-to-Day Responsibilities Nn Act as the Founding Partner's proxy and manage the priorities he handles each day. N Communicate and follow up with stakeholders on commitments and open issues. N Coordinate internally with senior management and department heads on action points and deliverables. N Collect, review and consolidate daily reporting from senior management. N Identify, resolve or escalate finance-related issues – payments,



collections and cost control. N Handle departmental queries and unblock teams so work keeps moving. N Track all active projects and ensure they are completed on time. N Schedule and run reviewmeetings as required, and hold teams accountable to outcomes. N Build and maintain dashboards and MIS that the business can actually decide on. N Drive hard, persistent follow-up – internal and external – until matters are closed. NnIn short, anythingand everything an entrepreneur would do to keep the business running and moving forward. NWhat You Will Gainn N A real understanding ofhow a fast-moving healthcare business operates across sales, service, operations and leadership. N Exposure to how strategy moves from discussion to action. NnWhat We Are Looking For Nn 3–5 years in strategy, business analytics, founder's office, CEO office, consulting, operations or a similar role. N Strong command of Excel, AI and structured thinking. N Excellent verbal and written communication. N Analytical, disciplinedand comfortable in a high-accountability setting. N Entrepreneurial mindsetwith strong follow-up and ownership. N Healthcare, distribution or manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory – attitude and capability matter more than background. N
