NnOur client is seeking an experienced legal skilled to support strategic business transactions and corporate growth initiatives. The role will involve advising on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, project acquisitions, and partnerships. The incumbent will lead legal due diligence, structure transactions, negotiate and finalize definitive agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The position will also work closely with business, finance, tax, and external advisors to facilitate smooth deal execution,



risk mitigation, and post-transaction implementation. NnKeyRequirements: Nn 10+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law N Strong expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation, and transaction documentation. N Exposure to real estatetransactions, project acquisitions, JVs, or development deals is preferred. N Exposure to litigation,dispute management, or arbitration matters is desirable.
