Job Description NInterior Designer/ Site Manager NnLocation: Al Mamzar, Dubai NProject: Luxury Residential Villa Fit-Out NWe are looking for an on-site Interior Designer / Site Manager to oversee the fit-out execution of a luxury villa in Dubai, serving as the critical link between the site contractors, Client, and our India-based Design Team. NKey Responsibilities Nn Supervise on-siteexecution to ensure finishes, joinery, and MEP align with approved designs. N Coordinate contractors,material deliveries, and timelines to prevent site clashes and delays. N Send regular site updates, photos, and RFIs to the India Design Team for prompt approvals. N Resolve minor site issues independently while safeguarding the core design intent. N Manage ongoing snag lists, subcontractor rectifications, and handover quality. NnRequirements & Schedule Nn Experience: 3+ years in UAE interior fit-outs (luxury residential experience preferred). N Strong command of interior construction drawings, materials, and site quality control. N Fluent in English with robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
