The candidate will be responsible for academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher coordination, student performance, and maintaining high academic standards. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead and coordinate theHigh School Science Department and ensure effective academic delivery. N Plan and monitor the Science curriculum as per ICSE /School academic guidelines . N Coordinate with Scienceteachers for lesson planning, assessments, examinations, and academic activities. N Monitor classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback to teachers. N Track student academic performance and implement improvement strategies. N Guide and mentor Science teachers in teaching methodologies and best practices. N Ensure timely completion of syllabus, assessments, projects, practicals, and academic records. N Coordinate Science laboratory activities and ensure effective utilization of lab resources. N Prepare and review question papers, worksheets, assignments, and other academic materials.



N Conduct departmental meetings and maintain proper documentation and academic records. N Support teachers in handling student-related academic and behavioural concerns. N Communicate effectivelywith parents regarding students' academic progress when required. N Work closely with the Principal and Academic Leadership Team in implementing school initiatives. N Promote innovative, activity-based, and technology-enabled teaching practices. N Ensure compliance with school policies, academic processes, and quality standards. NnCandidate Profile Nn Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Science or relevant subject with B.Ed. N Minimum 8 to 15years of teaching experience in a reputed school, with experience in a coordination/leadership role . N Robust knowledge of ICSE curriculum and High School Science . N Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills. N Strong academic planning and classroom observation skills. N Ability to mentor and motivate teachers. N Good working knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools. N Candidates with experience handling Grades 8–10 will be preferred.
