Job DescriptionExperienced IAM Architect / PAM Admin needed with strong hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server . The role combines architecture and administration responsibilities, including secret onboarding, template standardization, password and secret policy configuration, password rotation, RBAC, folder permissions, troubleshooting, and documentation. NEssential Duties and Responsibilities Nn Implement and administer Delinea Secret Server in a hybrid environment N Run workshops to gatherrequirements to onboard secrets. N Assess use cases and determine the right onboarding and rotation approach for each account / asset type N Define and standardize secret templates N Configure and enforce Secret policies N Implement password rotation ,



including RPC-based rotation where applicable N Design and manage RBAC and folder permissions N Troubleshoot day-to-dayDelinea issues and resolve configuration problems N Maintain configuration and operational documentation NnAdditionalResponsibilities NEducation Nn Bachelor's DegreeComputer Science or IT required NnWork Experience N4+ years of experience inIAM / PAM with strong practical delivery and 2+ years experience in onboarding secrets to Delinea. NGood working knowledge of Nn Windows Active Directory (AD accounts, local admin accounts, scheduled tasks and services) N Linux logins via SSH N Azure Entra ID Cloud platform NnnPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Nn Preferred knowlegde of SAP application user accounts N Ability to support operational issues while also driving architectural improvements N Robust communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders N Cryptographic key-basedcredentials (SSH, APIs, Certificates, Tokens, etc.) Nnn N
