Job DescriptionJob Description – Meta Ads Manager NAbout the RolenWeare looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The candidate should possess strong expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with a deep understanding of performance marketing and audience strategy. NThe ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling large-scale campaigns, ensuring delivery efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven optimizations. NKey Responsibilities : N● Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. N● Perform end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding Nstrategy, ad creation, and tracking implementation. N● Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend utilization, and performance metrics on a daily basis. N● Optimize campaigns regularly to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and engagement rates. N● Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve overall account Nefficiency.n● Coordinate with internal teams for creative requirements, tracking implementation, campaign Ntimelines, and reporting. N● Ensure campaigns are launched with proper QA checks including creatives, tracking URLs, Naudience setup, and conversion events. N● Identify scaling opportunities through audience expansion, retargeting, lookalike strategies,



and performance analysis. N● Troubleshoot delivery issues, learning limitations, tracking discrepancies, and underperforming campaigns proactively. N● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations Nand business insights. NRequired Skills &Experience; N● Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns. N● Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager with proven campaign optimization experience. N● Good understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion Ntracking.n● Experience in handling campaigns across lead generation, app installs, website traffic, and Ne-commerce objectives. N● Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences. N● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data Neffectively.n● Experience in budget management and scaling high-performing campaigns. N● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. N● Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
