We are looking for a Service Now Developer with robust hands-on experience in ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro).
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong experience in Service Now development and customization.
Hands-on experience with ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Experience with SAM/SAM Pro, software models, entitlements, license compliance, and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of Java Script, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now technical issues and support enhancements.
Work with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Service Now CSA/CAD/SAM certification is preferred.
