We're Hiring: Assistant Manager (Arbitrator & Case Management)!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source potential arbitrators for empanelment.
- Manage the complete onboarding process, including documentation, responsibilities, fee structure, and case-handling guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded arbitrators.
- Organize refresher training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare training materials, FAQs, manuals, and support documents.
- Coordinate with arbitrators regarding ongoing disputes and hearings.
- Schedule hearings and coordinate the passing of orders.
- Manage communication channels and Whats App groups.
- Maintain updated records of arbitrators, training sessions, and certifications.




- Collect feedback from arbitrators and coordinate improvements.

Requirements:

- LLB, B. Com, BMS, or a related qualification.
- 1+ years of experience in stakeholder management, training, legal, arbitration, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Comfortable learning and working with technology and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
