Key Responsibilities & Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
Must-Have Skills:
- Robust expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and APM
- Hands-on experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management, from procurement through retirement
- Strong knowledge of License Management, Compliance, and Reconciliation
- Good understanding of:
- Software Entitlements
- Software Normalization
- License Metrics
- CMDB relationships
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
- Experience with data imports, reconciliation, and asset normalization
- Hands-on experience in SAM compliance reporting and dashboards
- Strong development experience with:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub
- MID Server
- Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow SAM implementations and migrations
Ideal Candidate
A strong candidate should have a combination of ServiceNow SAM functional expertise and hands-on development experience, with the ability to work on implementation, customization, integration, migration, and compliance requirements.
