Job Purpose

We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Engineer to support the development, testing, troubleshooting and validation of CCTV and surveillance products, including IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical testing and validation of CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs and surveillance products.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, software, networking and integration-related issues.
- Test camera performance including day/night, low-light, IR, white-light, image clarity and noise.
- Test and validate mobile applications, CMS and web interfaces related to surveillance products.
- Identify, reproduce and document technical issues and bugs with proper test results.
- Prepare test cases, technical reports, product comparison reports and testing documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Firmware, Software and Product teams for issue analysis and resolution.




- Retest fixes and verify product performance before release.
- Support new product development, feature validation and product improvement activities.

Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of CCTV, IP Cameras, DVR/NVR and surveillance systems.
- Robust understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, PoE and basic networking.
- Basic understanding of firmware, software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and technical report preparation.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical or related discipline.

Preferred Candidate

A hands-on technical engineer with good troubleshooting skills and practical experience in CCTV/surveillance products, who can independently perform testing, identify technical issues and coordinate effectively with R&D; teams.
