What you'll be doing:

- Check visa appointment availability across different countries and visa centres.
- Assist with filling and submitting visa application forms accurately.
- Support the team with visa documentation and application-related tasks.
- Coordinate with customers when additional information or clarification is required.
- Occasionally speak with customers over calls for e-visa applications and guide them through the process.
- Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups.

- What we're looking for:

- Positive communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with documents, forms and online portals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn about visa processes and travel documentation.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
