Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Assist with job postings and other HR activities.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
Willingness to work onsite from our Whitefield, Bangalore office.
