Role Purpose
The General Manager – Projects will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring and timely completion of Sikka Group's residential, commercial and group housing projects. The role will ensure that all projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards and statutory requirements, while maintaining solid coordination between design, construction, procurement, consultants and contractors.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Project Management will be an advantage.
