SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Analysis Specialist

Contract: 12 months

Location: Fully remote, India

Rate: USD 2,400 to 2,700 per month

The role

Our client is looking for a Signavio specialist to turn ERP and enterprise system data into process insight that drives transformation decisions. You will own the technical build in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Insights, from data model and ETL through to dashboards, KPIs and root cause analysis.

What you will do

- Implement and manage Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence to analyse end to end business processes
- Configure both tools, including ETL setup and execution
- Define data models and write technical specifications to transform transactional data into event logs
- Run process mining on ERP and other enterprise system event logs to find deviations, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Work with business and IT teams to define KPIs and performance metrics
- Build dashboards and visualisations that support decision making
- Carry out root cause analysis and recommend actions based on the findings
- Support process modelling and simulation to assess the impact of proposed changes




- Protect data quality and integrity across all process mining work

What you need

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
- 5+ years in process mining, business analytics or process improvement, preferably with SAP Signavio
- Solid grasp of process mining concepts, event logs and data transformation
- Familiarity with case based and object based data pipelines
- Experience extracting and analysing process data from SAP ERP systems
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Signavio dashboards, Power BI or Tableau
- Good working knowledge of at least one end to end process (for example procure to pay or order to cash), with a high level view of the others
- Solid analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Advantageous

- SAP Signavio certification as Process Data Analyst or Business Transformation Consultant
- Working knowledge of one or more SAP ERP modules
- Experience with Celonis, ARIS or other process mining platforms
- SQL, Python or similar data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Signavio SIGNAL code
