Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Technology role located in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the development and optimization of food products, including planning and executing trials, documenting processes, and ensuring consistent quality in food preparation. Daily tasks include working closely with production and service teams, monitoring food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in improving recipes, methods, and presentation. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to streamline operations,



maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and provide clear communication about processes and outcomes.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with attention to safety, quality, and consistency.
- Experience or interest in the Food & Beverage sector, including understanding of product handling and standards.
- Background in Food Service operations, such as coordinating with kitchen or service teams and supporting efficient workflows.
- Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional colleagues and documenting procedures.
- Relevant education in Food Technology, Culinary Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene practices, and applicable regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
