Job Requirements
- MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Solid understanding of hiring life cycles and HR processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and documentation
