Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the areas of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market presence

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

 Identify new business opportunities in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT markets

 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

 Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals

 Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions

 Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets

 Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution

 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings





 Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

 Solid knowledge of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT domains

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation), Business, or a related field

 MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

 Proven experience in business development or sales in technology-driven industries
