Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research international YouTubers, Instagram influencers, and content creators.

• Conduct creator outreach through cold emails, DMs, and other channels.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators.

• Coordinate with creators to brainstorm and execute content aligned with campaign objectives.

• Manage creator communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and collaboration timelines.

• Track campaign performance, engagement, and creator outcomes.

• Identify emerging creators with relevant audiences and strong growth potential.

• Evaluate creators based on engagement, content quality, audience relevance, and authenticity.

• Maintain organized records of creator outreach, responses, collaborations, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.





• Confidence in cold outreach through emails and social media DMs.

• Strong research, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, influencers, and the creator ecosystem.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international creators or global influencer campaigns.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics.

• Basic negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to evaluate creators based on engagement, content quality, and audience relevance.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
