Role: Record to Report Ops Consultant

Skill: Record to Report – Account Reconciliations

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

· Analyze and reconcile transactions between sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts.

· Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions.

· Prepare and review operational data and financial reports.

· Analyze moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues and provide appropriate solutions.

· Follow established accounting processes, controls, and procedures.

· Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.





· Support process improvements and implement solutions where required.

· Manage small teams or individual work efforts, as applicable.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in Account Reconciliations.

· Good understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes.

· Knowledge of General Ledger and Sub-ledger accounting.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work in rotational shifts.
