Overview

Our Manager Research Team is responsible for researching and selecting best-in-class asset managers from across the globe for our clients to invest in. The team is also responsible for identifying new and emerging themes, monitoring selected managers and delivering bespoke client projects. The data analyst role is an integral part of the team, helping source, process and interpret financial, numerical and qualitative data from our investment managers across a broad range of public and private markets asset classes. The role involves working within MRT, helping to deliver manager research and provide advice to the firm’s clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. • Collating, tracking and analysing fund manager information across various asset classes. This may include performance, risk, team and investment data, for example. • Collect, validate, and interpret performance, risk, team, fee and portfolio data from fund managers • Produce investment commentary,



fund summaries and research insights to support investment recommendations • It involves helping identify, monitor and evaluate asset managers and investment funds for institutional investors. • Liaising with external fund managers to ensure investment information is readily updated and accessible to the research team. • Integrating and using various internal systems and external investment platforms ( Bloomberg, Style Analytics, Preqin, ADA Research etc.) to source, check, consolidate and evaluate reported data. • Work closely with experienced investment consultants and manager researchers to influence investment decisions. • Working on bespoke data projects that help inform our investment decision-making • Support manager research, due diligence, performance monitoring and client projects • Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager. About you Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 years related experience. Able and willing to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, where required by role Preferred: MBA or FIA/FFA/CFA certification/accreditation Behaviors: Collaborates and works effectively with colleagues.
