- Managing end-to-end payroll processes including payroll accounts reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Providing payroll information, answering queries, and fulfilling requests from employees
- Preparation of payroll-related balance sheet schedules and ensuring payroll compliance with legal requirements
- Maintaining payroll information systems, directing data collection, calculation, and entry
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze recruitment reports and support decision-making
- Implementing new initiatives to enhance the recruitment and selection process
- Handling ad hoc recruitment projects such as process improvements and recruitment marketing strategies
- Creating sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Developing recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies to enhance recruitment efforts
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates for new hires, terminations,
and pay rate changes
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in payroll management, payroll processing, and payroll administration
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment campaigns and strategies for various audiences and role levels
- Solid knowledge of payroll functions, taxes, and compliance with employment laws
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes and managing recruitment teams
- Ability to work independently, drive recruitment strategies, and handle recruitment-related ad hoc projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or relevant field, MBA preferred
