We are looking for a Telecaller who has good communication skills and is comfortable talking to customers over calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan procedures and required documents.
- Handle customer queries and follow up with customers.
- Manage customer communication through calls and emails.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan procedures.
- Customer handling experience over calls and emails.
- Basic computer and email knowledge.
- Experience in banking/finance/telecalling will be preferred.
