We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of contemporary SaaS and cloud-based environments.

You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact.

Skills & Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech from a top tier engineering college
- Mandatory 1-2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) or equivalent technical role
- Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus
- Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD

Responsibilities





- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering. You must be able to explain technical constraints to non-techies and business logic to developers.
- Own the How and the When. Drive sprint planning, manage dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks before they impact the timeline.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve engineering velocity without compromising code quality.
- Translate high-level business objectives into technical workstreams and Jira epics.
