Job Description

- Provides disciplinary leadership to the Product Security Lab team and builds a stable, motivated, high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and structured development
- Effectively engage with the team, understand their challenges, and support operational decision-making
- Owns hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning in alignment with the matrix manager
- Ensures timely, high-quality delivery of product security testing commitments agreed during PI planning by monitoring capacity, workload, and delivery risks, and escalating bottlenecks proactively
- Maintains structured planning, backlog readiness, and transparent tracking of execution while collaborating closely with the global Head of Product Security to align on priorities, goals, and expectations
- Supports audits, assessments, and compliance activities relevant to the Product Security Lab while developing the team in line with global demand and roadmap priorities
- Drives the maturity of the lab from a startup setup to a resilient, autonomous operating model, ensuring knowledge retention, effective documentation, and sustainable ways of working.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Min 13+ years of experience




- Strong knowledge of IoT security and hardware device security.
- Experience in penetration testing and reverse engineering.
- Familiarity with securing products in the mechanical industry.
- Demonstrates experience in line or team management within engineering, testing, or security environments, with proven ability to lead experienced specialists and expert teams
- Strong track record in delivery management, people leadership, and scaling teams, with solid understanding of Product Security principles and practices to effectively lead and support a team of security specialists
- Hands-on pentesting expertise is a plus
- Effectively operates within matrix organizations with shared accountability, working in a structured, reliable, and execution focused manner
- Balances people needs, delivery expectations, and organizational constraints while communicating effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an added advantage
