Job Description

- Define and execute enterprise information security and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
- Act as the executive owner for cyber risk, information security governance, and data protection programs.
- Security posture updates to senior leadership, risk committees, and board stakeholders.
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives covering PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, regulatory requirements, audits, and risk assessments.
- Oversee security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and forensic investigations.
- Establish business continuity and disaster recovery security frameworks.




- Drive secure architecture across cloud, applications, APIs, infrastructure, and Dev SecOps environments. Lead data protection, privacy, and third-party/vendor risk management programs.
- Build and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams, operating models, KPIs, and organizational security awareness programs

The Successful Applicant

- 15+ years of experience in Information Security or Cyber Security, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as CISO, Head of Information Security, VP Security, or Director Security.
- Robust background within fintech, payments, BFSI, SaaS, or large-scale digital platform environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXOs, board members, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders
