About the Role :

Country Delight is looking for an Associate – Industrial Design to work on cutting-edge food products and structural packaging solutions that combine consumer experience, functionality, aesthetics and manufacturability.

/n

/n

We are looking for strong design capability and potential rather than evaluating candidates purely by years of experience. Candidates with relevant professional experience are welcome, and exceptional fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered at the Trainee level.

/n

/n

Responsibilities :

/n

/n

/n

- Design innovative, user-centric food products and structural packaging solutions.

/n

- Develop unique food product shapes, forms and packaging concepts that improve consumer experience and create brand differentiation.

/n

- Research global food, packaging and consumer-design trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

/n

- Translate ideas into concept sketches, 3D models, renders, prototypes and design presentations.

/n

- Iterate concepts based on usability, functionality, aesthetics and technical feasibility.

/n

- Collaborate closely with NPD, Packaging, Creative teams and suppliers to translate concepts into commercially viable products.

/n

- Support design validation by considering manufacturability, materials, supply chain feasibility and cost.

/n

- Participate in prototyping and design iterations through the product-development process.

/n

Qualifications & Skills :

/n

/n





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or a closely related design discipline; candidates from premium design institutes are preferred.

/n

- Academic projects, internships or professional experience in product design, structural packaging design or consumer product design will be an advantage.

/n

- Solid portfolio demonstrating concept development, product design, CAD modelling and visualization.

/n

- Proficiency in tools such as Solid Works, Rhino, Fusion 360, Key Shot, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent industry-standard tools.

/n

- Strong understanding of form, functionality, materials and manufacturing considerations.

/n

- Ability to translate a design idea from concept → visualization → prototype → practical product solution.

/n

- Strong curiosity about consumer behaviour, food products, packaging and emerging design trends.

/n

For fresh graduates, we will place significant weight on the quality of the portfolio, academic projects, internships, hands-on prototyping and demonstrated design thinking. Candidates showing strong potential may join at the Trainee level, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time, long-term role based on performance.

Early joiners will be preferred, but we will not compromise on candidate quality or design potential.
