About the Role/n

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic & Motion Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

/n

/n

You’ll work across social media creatives, advertisements, motion graphics, reels, video content, product communication, and AI-generated content.

/n

/n

We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who is also excited about experimenting with modern AI creative tools to produce better content, faster.

/n

Key Responsibilities/n

/n

Concept to Execution

/n

Design and deliver high-quality creatives including social media posts, ads, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and motion graphics — from concept to final output.

/n

/n

Graphic Design

/n

Create visually solid and engaging designs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

/n

/n

Video & Motion Design

/n

Create reels, motion graphics, video edits, animations, and short-form content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

/n

/n

AI-Powered Content Creation

/n

Experiment with and use modern AI tools such as Hey Gen, Eleven Labs, Higgsfield, Lovable, or similar tools to enhance creativity and speed up content production.

/n

/n





Social Media Content

/n

Create engaging content for Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and other digital channels, including reels, ads, thumbnails, and short-form videos.

/n

/n

Visual Storytelling

/n

Turn ideas, scripts, products, and campaigns into engaging visual stories that capture attention.

/n

/n

Brand Consistency

/n

Ensure every creative aligns with our brand identity and maintains strong visual quality across platforms.

/n

/n

Collaboration

/n

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual communication.

/n

What We’re Looking For/n

/n

- 2+ years of relevant design experience

/n

- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro & After Effects

/n

- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics

/n

- Experience creating social media content, reels, advertisements & short-form videos

/n

- Understanding of current social media trends and formats

/n

- Ability to take an idea from concept → design → motion/video → final output

/n

- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI-powered creative workflows

/n

- Good sense of storytelling and attention to detail

/n

/n

- Portfolio is Mandatory/n

Your portfolio should ideally showcase:

- Graphic design

/n

- Social media creatives

/n

- Motion graphics

/n

- Reels / video editing

/n

- Advertisement creatives

/n

- AI-assisted creative work, if available

/n
