Job Description

- Lead and manage enterprise network infrastructure across branch locations, data centres and cloud environments.
- Ensure network availability, scalability, performance and security across the organisation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all network-related operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and govern third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality standards.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimisation initiatives.
- Oversee implementation and enforcement of network security controls and compliance requirements.
- Lead incident management, major outage resolution and root cause analysis activities.
- Drive network modernisation, automation and adoption of emerging technologies while maintaining comprehensive network documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

- 10 to 20 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure management.
- Proven experience working in hybrid environments covering on-premises and cloud networks.




- Experience managing large-scale multi-site network operations and vendor ecosystems.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, MPLS, VPNs, VLANs, Network Segmentation and Firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking.
- Knowledge of cloud-native networking features, security groups and connectivity architecture.
- Strong understanding of IDPS, WAF, DLP and Zero Trust security principles.
- Experience with Wi-Fi architecture, LAN switching, MDM solutions and network monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management and network optimisation skills.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B. Tech) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNP or CCIE.
- AWS Networking Specialty.
- OCI Networking certifications.

Behavioural Competencies

- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
