Role Description
As the Senior Manager, PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing larger, more
complex projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives across the organization, and

managing a team of project managers. The Senior Manager, PMO is also responsible

for optimizing project management processes, aligning projects with business goals, and ensuring high-level governance and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

13+ years

overall experience with strong

PMO leadership and ownership .

Proven experience in

PMO governance, portfolio management, prioritization, KPI/MIS, risk management, and process improvement .

Solid

software delivery/engineering exposure

with understanding of product and technology development.

Experience driving

enterprise digital transformation

with measurable business impact.




4+ years of people management , preferably managing PMs/Program Managers and building PMO capabilities.

Hands-on experience applying

Agentic AI within PMO functions , including reporting, risk/dependency management, portfolio analytics, governance, automation, and decision support.

Lead and manage the

PMO function , ensuring effective project and program execution.

Establish

PMO methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes

across projects.

Partner with senior leadership to align

portfolio priorities and project goals

with business strategy.

Oversee

portfolio prioritization, delivery, risks, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization .

Provide

executive-level reporting , highlighting project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Continuously improve

PMO processes, governance, efficiency, and delivery quality .

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
