About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment and staffing services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing services, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management , with a proven ability to convert prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, references, networking, and other channels .
- Identify companies with active hiring requirements and connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, HRBPs, and Business Leaders .
- Pitch recruitment, staffing, contract hiring, leadership hiring, and other talent solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and business discussions .
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation requirement understanding proposal/commercial negotiation empanelment closure .
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, payment terms, replacement clauses, and agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely fulfilment.
- Follow up consistently on open requirements, proposals, empanelment,



and commercial discussions.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales , preferably in recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment agency / staffing business model .
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and lead generation .
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a revenue-driven environment .
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM, and other business-development tools.
