AVP – Operations & Warehouse Transformation

Westbury Sportswear is looking for a senior operations leader to own and scale our end-to-end supply chain, warehousing and fulfilment operations across a growing e-commerce business.

This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to the CEO and Board , combining hands-on operational leadership with long-term warehouse, technology and automation strategy.

What You’ll Own

- Lead end-to-end warehouse, fulfilment, logistics and control tower operations across multiple business lines.

- Drive SLA, productivity, cost, inventory and service-level performance .

- Build and execute the warehouse automation and technology roadmap , including WMS and process automation.

- Lead recent warehouse setup from site selection and layout to hiring, SOPs, WMS implementation and go-live.

- Evaluate and drive 3PL vs. owned warehouse strategies as the business scales.

- Own key 3PL, vendor, equipment and infrastructure partner relationships .

- Build data-driven business cases and present ROI/investment proposals to senior leadership and the Board .





- Build a strong operations team and develop second-line leadership .

What We’re Looking For

- 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics or Operations, with 3–4+ years in leadership .

- Strong hands-on warehouse operations experience.

- Mandatory e-commerce experience; exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or similar marketplaces preferred.

- Proven track record in warehouse automation, process improvement and technology implementation .

- Experience setting up and scaling warehouses end-to-end is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, strategic and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to operate at both shop-floor and Board level .

- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution preferred/required.
