Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other talent platforms aligned to client JDs.
- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit, role alignment, and motivation—building rapport and managing candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requisition intake ➜ sourcing ➜ screening ➜ scheduling ➜ offer closure.
- Hit aggressive monthly hiring targets with accuracy, delivering qualified shortlists and closing roles within SLAs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, feedback loops, and candidate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain ATS and CRM records with precision, ensuring candidate data integrity and pipeline visibility.
