About the Role

We are looking for a WhatsApp & Digital Marketing Intern to primarily manage our WhatsApp and Meta ecosystem , while also supporting our social media, SEO and digital marketing activities.

The role involves managing WhatsApp communication, working with Meta tools, posting across social platforms, monitoring analytics, supporting SEO, and understanding what is working through data and performance insights.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, learn digital marketing tools and use analytics to improve our reach and engagement .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage WhatsApp Business and Meta-linked WhatsApp , including communication, broadcasts, campaigns and audience engagement.
- Work with Meta Business Suite and other relevant Meta tools.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms .
- Maintain a basic content/posting calendar and support audience engagement.
- Monitor WhatsApp, social media, website and campaign analytics and track key performance metrics.
- Prepare basic performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and market research for SEO and digital marketing.
- Support basic on-page/off-page SEO and content optimisation .
- Research digital marketing trends and opportunities relevant to Rojgaar and the blue-collar workforce.




- Suggest improvements based on analytics, trends and campaign performance.

Key Skills & Expectations

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO and Social Media Marketing .
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Meta Business Suite .
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Ability to understand analytics, insights and performance metrics .
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Search Console is a plus.
- Good research, analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to learn recent platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet weekly deliverables.
