Position : UX ResearcherExperience : 3-5 YearsPreferred Industry : Automotive (Plus / Added Advantage)Key Responsibilities :- Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and field studies.- Perform secondary research such as competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking.- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop personas, journey maps, and research reports.- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to inform product decisions.- Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience.- Validate concepts, prototypes, and product enhancements through iterative research.Requirements :- 3-5 years of experience in UX Research for digital products.- Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.- Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.- Proficiency with usability testing and UX research tools.- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.- Experience in the Automotive domain is an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
