Classification: InternalRole Overview:ADM is seeking a senior leader to establish and scale its Data, Analytics & AI organization

within the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India.

This role is accountable for building a high-performing global delivery organization, advancing ADM’s enterprise data strategy, and enabling the scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions

across the business. The Director will serve as a critical bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring the GCCoperates as both a delivery engine and a center of excellence for data, analytics, and AI

enablement.

Key Accountabilities:GCC Build & Organizational Leadership:Establish and scale the Data, Analytics & AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADM’s global strategyDefine the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablementFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Data & Analytics Delivery Excellence:Provide leadership oversight for end-to-end delivery across:Data platforms (Azure,



Databricks, SAP DatasphereMaster Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governanceBusiness intelligence and reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)

Ensure delivery outcomes meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and business value:Standardize tools, processes, and best practices across global teams

AI & Digital Enablement:Partner with Digital & Innovation (D&I;) teams to scale AI and digital solutions across the

enterpriseEnable transition of solutions from ideation and prototyping to enterprise-scale deployment.

Portfolio & Value Management:Translate enterprise strategy into a prioritized data, analytics, and AI roadmap:Establish demand intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks

Track business value through KPIs, ROI, and benefits realization:Optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities

Stakeholder Engagement & Global Alignment:Act as the primary interface between GCC and global leadershipCollaborate with Delivery Directors and business stakeholders to align on priorities and capacityCommunicate progress on delivery, talent,



and innovation initiativesBuild strong partnerships across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data

Talent Strategy & Culture:Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier talentEstablish structured career paths, mentorship programs, and capability development initiativesEmbed ADM’s culture and values within the GCCDrive engagement, performance management, and retention

Qualifications & Experience:Leadership & Functional Expertise:Classification: Internal:15+ years of experience in technology, with strong focus on Data & Analytics8+ years in leadership roles building and managing global teamsProven experience in establishing or scaling global capability centers or delivery organizationsStrong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives to enterprise strategy

Technical Expertise:Required:Deep understanding of contemporary data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, or equivalent)BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalentMaster Data Management (MDM), data governance, quality, and migrationData engineering and analytics delivery at scaleSolid experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, or automation pipelines.

Preferred (but not mandatory):SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud experienceExperience with digital product development or platform engineering
