Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies for salon equipment and related products.

n

Manage existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.

n

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

n

Conduct product demonstrations and explain equipment features, benefits, usage, and commercial value.

n

Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.

n

Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.

n

Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

n

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.

n

Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth product delivery and installation.

n

Maintain sales reports, pipeline, customer data, and regular MIS.

n

Visit salons and clients regularly for business development and relationship management.

n

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
