Job DescriptionWe're Hiring – Marketing CoordinatorWe're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.Location: RemoteShift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hoursWorking Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shiftPosition: Full-TimeExperience: 1+ yearsSalary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materialsAssist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedulesOrganize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related dataEnsure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlinesMaintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activitiesCollect and organize customer feedback for management reviewMaintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiativesDevelop and distribute sales, training,
