We’re Hiring: Junior Marketing & Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and responsible junior marketing & operations executive who can support our day-to-day marketing activities, social media, content creation, outreach, and basic business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys experimenting with AI tools, communicates confidently, and can take ownership of small tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms.
- Create and coordinate content such as posts, reels, stories, captions, and creatives.
- Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar.
- Track social media performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.

AI & Digital Tools

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools for content, research, ideation, productivity, and marketing.
- Explore new AI tools and find practical ways to improve team productivity.
- Use basic design/content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Calling & Outreach

- Make qualified calls to students, clients, partners, colleges, schools, and other relevant contacts.
- Handle basic follow-ups and maintain communication records.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach when required.
- Send professional cold messages through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email,



and other platforms.

Operations Support

- Handle small day-to-day operational tasks and coordination.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing events, workshops, meetings, campaigns, and student/client communication.
- Maintain basic reports, trackers, documents, and follow-up lists.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with calling and cold outreach.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic content creation and creative thinking.
- Comfortable using AI tools and willing to learn new tools quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities.
- Someone who is proactive rather than waiting for instructions.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

You don't need to know everything from Day 1. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, tech-friendly, and willing to take ownership.
