Job Summary

Senior Technical Lead – Teamcenter Development & C++ Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Development and C++ Development to lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Teamcenter server-side development, Active Workspace development, data modeling, integrations, and technical leadership. The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders, mentoring development teams, and driving high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Teamcenter-based PLM solutions.
Architect and develop Teamcenter development and customization using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC).
Develop and maintain robust C++ applications, libraries, and Teamcenter server-side extensions.
Design and implement workflows, handlers, exits, custom business objects, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and performance optimization activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including PLM, CAD, ERP, and Digital Manufacturing stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables.

Strong programming skills in C++ with object-oriented design principles.
Experience in Teamcenter server-side development and deployment.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model, Business Objects, Relations, and Preferences.
Experience in Teamcenter integrations using REST APIs, SOA, or middleware platforms.
Secondary Skills
Java/Spring Boot development.
XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL.
Teamcenter Manufacturing knowledge (MPP/MBOM/Easy Plan) is an added advantage.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
Linux/Windows administration exposure.
Knowledge of CAD integrations (NX, Creo, CATIA).

Leadership Expectations
Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Provide technical direction and architecture recommendations.
Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders during requirement discussions.
Drive technical estimations, solution design, and project planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in Teamcenter development and PLM implementations.
Experience working in global delivery models and Agile environments.
